Title: Baked Salmon and Macaroni

3cCooked macaroni or
  Spaghetti
2cSalmon
1/2cButtered bread crumbs
2cMilk
2tbButter or butter substitute
  Salt and pepper

Drain and flake salmon. Remove bones. Fill well-oiled baking pans with alternate layers of salmon and macaroni. Add milk. Add seasonings. Dot with butter. Cover with buttered crumbs. Bake in moderate oven (375 F) 1 hour. 8 servings. Mrs. D.J. Childers, Denver, CO.
